The Magic Gate Tarot Card Deck consists of 78 cards with 22 major arcana (representing the major events in the spiritual journey of the soul) and 56 minor arcana (symbolising the intricacies of daily life). The major arcana cards take inspiration from the zodiac and astrological animals, whilst the minor arcana stay true to the more traditional symbols of tarot like wands, cups, swords and pentacles against a background of the eternal tree of life. The mystical style artwork is by Vera Petruk, an illustrator, now based in Thailand. You can follow more of her art on her website verapetruk.artstation.com. The cards have been created to assist in the answering of a wide variety of questions but focus on the concept of self-knowledge and inner-intuition.
Please note this deck is most suited to experienced tarot readers as it does not include a guide book, however the art provides insight into the meaning of each card and would also suit intuitive souls. Can be interpreted using Rider Waite Tarot fundamentals.
