Cedar is a native resin tree from the Coníferas Pinaceae which is commonly found around North America, it is believed to refresh and calm the soul and relieve stress and anxiety. Cedar is also ideal for helping to connect with healing and purifying energies around you. It is used in smudging ceremonies to attract positive spirits and remove negative energies.
